Determination Everest 2012
No French connection here or discussion really but my friend David Wiseman is part of the team who is climbing Everest later this year and I wanted to spread the word of the team's amazing challenge.

Elizabeth, thanks for the link. I'll pass this on to a close friend of mine (Billi Bierling) who has climbed Everest and spends six months of the year in Kathmandu working with Elizabeth Hawley (probably the best-known chronicler of Himalayan expeditiions).

Glad you found it interesting. Will pass on names to David. They've already climbed Manaslu so keeping fingers crossed that Everest will also be a success.

Hi Elizabeth - I sure did. And I'll follow the expedition with interest. Billi climbed Manaslu earlier this year - without oxygen. She's not hard to miss zapping around on her bike when she's working in Kathmandu.
