Draw me an Avatar please

Could one of you kindly souls do a very simple avatar for a new SFN group a few straight lines and a couple of words. I gave it a go, but the paint prog and me dont work in harmony. I can scan and email the idea (plan) so possibly doenst even require any thinking, though input is always appreciated.
