Figs

We have a huge amount this year,got some jam and chutney on the go anyone got some interesting recipes please.

Plus if anyone near wants some please come and help your self

A fig and frangipane tart with a honey glaze put on when the tart is warm is wonderful.

Open up the fig, cut a small slab of goats cheese and put in the middle, drizzle with a little honey and whack under the grill. Arrange on some lettuce that's been drizzled with balsamic vinegar for a double-yum-yum starter ... oooh mouth is watering just thinking about it.
