Printer for a Macbook

Thought I posted this yesterday, but don't see it anywhere. Anyway, I arrived in France a couple of weeks ago and, finally, am ready to think about work. I didn't bring my printer, so am now looking for something fairly simple/inexpensive that will work with my MacBook--an older model. Does anyone have recommendations, know of issues I should be aware, etc? I'll probably go to LeClerc in Perigeaux, the nearest town to where I'm living.

Thanks, Janice

I've just upgraded from a Macbook to an iMac but I found that any printer worked well. The one we have been using for both machines is a HP all in one. Its got a usb plug to go in the mac and from what I recall, I didn't have to install any driver as the mac just picked it up in the printer section. Good luck. K

Hi Janice, I liked your 'knickers' post!

If in P'gueux looking for a printer try Darty. Off the next small roundabout to LeC. They specialise in all things electrical and have good prices and are fair with problems.

Hope your time in France will be good for you. Bon courage
