I am trying to find an individual / reputable company (IE; legally working in France with all appropriate insurances) to undertake the professional management of a property which looks out to the Atlantic over the Raz de Sein.
The proposed contract requires routine inspection visits; the identification of repair and renovation works; specifying, tendering, supervising and signing-off on all works. Some basic 'handyman' skills would be useful.
