Ok, how do I successfully negotiate a lower price for the property I just viewed? What points carry more leverage, and which ones don't matter? Water damage, peeling wall paper, not lived in for two years, cosmetic issues, condition on deck or patio? need help here, I'm to contact them in two weeks with some sort of proposal.
