Need Responsable Pédagoqique for full-time position in Evreux, Normandy

The school, AMSL Consulting, is the language teaching function of AMSL (Autour du Monde Stages Linguistiques). It is located on the outskirts of Evreux, Normandy - a 30-minute drive to Rouen and an hour to Paris by train. AMSL was established in 1993 and specialises in organising language immersion courses for French executives in language schools all over the world, and has had contracts with some of the biggest companies in France, for example Schneider Electric, GlaxoSmithKline and AccelorMittal. Using the contacts of its parent company, AMConsulting has quickly been able to gain a substantial foothold in the local language training market since it was established in September 2007. We offer training in a number of languages, but the majority of the demand is for English.

The position
We are looking for a Responsable Pédagogique to replace the current one, who is moving further south. Clients are provided with individualized training programs that correspond to their business needs.

We are looking for an experienced English teacher to teach in multinational companies in and around Evreux, Normandy, France. You will have at least three to ten years experience in business English Training. You will probably be qualified in teaching English as a foreign language (Celta/Trinity Cert.)

You must be able to create interesting/ challenging and tailored programmes/lessons incorporating a client's requirements. Your lessons/programmes should generate a very high level of satisfaction and give a balance of skills/grammar/objectives to ensure high efficiency.


Full-time position to start from September 2012
• Fixed-term contract of 3 or 4 months in the first instance with a view to becoming permanent in January 2013.
• €1700 - 2,000 gross per month
• Annualised contract of 1,220 teaching hours per year – average of 35 working hours, 25 teaching hours per week.
• 5 weeks paid holidays per year + 5 extra paid days off to be taken as single days.
• Will involve working some weekday evenings and Saturday mornings

IMPORTANT: Please note that a valid driving licence is an essential requirement for this position.

Teaching: Adults one-to-one and in groups, at our premises in Evreux and in-company. Levels range from complete beginner to advanced. General English, business English and English for specific purposes (Accounting, Human Resources etc.).

Now is the time to get your veggie plot rotavated, i have the rotavator and can carry out this service for you, we are based near Ernee, and will only travel in the local area ( 20 mins ) radius, to keep to sensible priceing.

Hello everyone, I am living in the Beziers area and looking for work (unfortunately not getting very far!). I have lived here for a year, speak pretty good French and am available for part time or full time work. I've previously worked as an accounts assistant but would consider most things!
