Hi All. Of course I'm excited about meeting a lot of you in my adopted city, so I hope quite a few of you will come on down (or up) to the big city for a weekend!

Catharine, can we have some more details about what you have planned in terms of accommodation and dates or days and stuff like that? How long do you think it will be? From Friday evening to Sunday evening, for example? Are you thinking of everyone staying in the same hotel and getting a group booking deal?

I don't really have preferences over March or April, but the later it is, the better the weather, hopefully :-D

I have nothing planned at the moment - I think its best to see how many people are interested, then work on accommodation but I think it would be nice to all be in the same place? And that people could pick and mix how long they wanted to be there for etc.?

just checked with mr hubby only date i can make it is the April date let me know whats decided so i can make plans
