Yup, same problem. Probably you have this number already but just in case: 05 56 17 40 70. This is an English-speaking service EDF/GDF which we have found to be 'sympa'. One tip tho' - take an actual reading from your meters before calling also (if grandma/egg scenario,sorry) client number...
