assurance dommage ouvrage

Anybody got caught up in this vicious circle before?We're planning a partial self-build and because we're self-building we won't be able to get a "dommages ouvrages" insurance.  not necessarily a problem, takes about 5000 euros off the budgetBUTthe banks won't give us a mortgage unless we have this insurance...BUT to get it we'd have to pay "official" builders (i.e. ones with their own insurance policies ) to do all the workBUT if we do that, we explode our budget and the bank wouldn't lend us…See More

"Hello Steve, glad you enjoyed it. sadly there isn't yet a release date as the film is first going to do the festival circuit... and if it finds a distributor... but there may be a tv screening at some point. I'll let you know."

Paris flat sub-let July

Hello,Anyone interested in sub-letting a two-room Paris flat for the month of July (or for a week or so during the month). It's in the lovely Jourdain village area and only 10 mins by metro from centre of town..
