Hi Finn

I've been advising Miv on a plus value question and we need your help ... she lives in France but has a business in the UK and pays tax there. As far as I see it it's her residence principal and so there'll be no plus value to pay, more than 183 days a year in France etc. BUT I've been contradicted... can you have a look at Miv's "Immobolier!!!' thread.
