I don't do any fitness classes (to answer the question you raised) - I have two very young children (as well as an 11 year old)! I do ride though, and recommend Ecuries de La Cassoire (though some say La Poterie is better)

sailing no too technical for me!! motor only im afraid. weather here is lovely also just spent the weekend at isle of white with some old mates of mine from nottingham. they also have a house in plemet. i love portsmouth i didnt realise how pretty the surrounding area was until recently. only ever used the place as a transit pint before but at the moment im moored in portsmouth harbour so having a good look around. i have a friend who is looking after my house in france she plays the the double bass if its of interest to you? if so i will pass on her email address
