One of my students had an evil cough that lasted for over a month and when I saw her last week she was still hacking away. I recommend DROSERA (homeopathic) - only thing that has ever worked for me with a persistent cough and thyme tea - good luck xx

I think Neil, that he will be allowed to keep his job-seekers allowance during his time of "forced" employment. You can see how necessary it now is to employ this kind of semi-coercion, as he is, obviously, not used to any kind of routine,…

I had to call our hairdresser this morning to postpone our appointments and was told that we were just the same as everyone else.

Jim says he has hasn't had such a bad cold for years and I am having to take my antibiotics for longer than usual to clear up my chest infection.

We have friends all coughing as well.

Is this widespread in France?

Escaping Calf, What was your last strange emergency?

Posted on December 1, 2011 at 9:24am 2 Comments

I was hauled out of bed last night to help Jim put a calf back into the field at 11 o'clock last night.

It had crawled under the barbed wire in search of the fresh grass surrounding our swimming pool! We managed to find out where it had come in and block up the old drain where there was just enough space to crawl under the wire.

What strange things have you had to deal with lately?

Hi Jane

I've removed the feature as it was open to misuse by spammers. It's a shame I liked it too. I'll see if there is a another solution.

Thanks

Jane, because I am Catholic, at the beginning I do say Sacred heart and Guardian angel allow mr to be a channel for the pure healing energy of Reiki...at the end I simply say Thankyou God...I'm sre there's loads of people who say simply Reiki on and Reiki off but I just feel comfortable saying that.

Yes I do agree with you. Here in France people aren't often to turn to an architect for home's works either a new house or improve it (only through 'artisans' or builders). And yet this way is the better to obtain both advantages and advices, and guarantee... And tailored home! At last the cost isn’t so expensive in the eye of the mind's peace we should have in this case! Building works are, always, huge concerns!
