Hi Everyone,Before I start this,I am an animal lover after all I am a Vegetarian!  I have 4 chickens, 2 dogs and a cat and 3 children. How about making blackberry ice cream or sorbet. Another idea is fruit leather by making a puree and spreading it thinly on a tray and then leaving it to dry. Can be done in the oven on the lowest temperature with the door ajar if you dont have a drying machine. You can find out more with Google under fruit leather.
