- My mother was a French war bride from Paris, so Paris has been a home away from home my entire life. Now it is my full time home as my youngest child is attending school here, working toward her international baccalaureate... Living here full time is very different than dropping in for a few weeks or months - even when you speak fluent French!

- Previously owned restaurants and a catering business in the US where I was the executive chef. Currently do Restaurant 'Therapy' assisting investors and working partners to clearly communicate (as they speak completely different languages) thus resolving potentially deal breaking impasses. Farm to Table specialist and food writer.

Can you find anyone to invest in the auberge which recently closed in our Gersoise village - 250 people are missing their restaurant/bar! Honestly though it does seem to be a difficult time for restaurant owners everywhere, especially down here in the sticks - hope your business is doing well up there in Paris....
