There is a tax simulator on the hsbc.fr web site. We are trying to work out what we will get taxed on our Australian interest income.
Does anyone know where I put the amount on this form and where I put the amount that has already been taken out from the Australian Government.

From doing my UK interest, I would say that they want the gross and not net after tax. I have never found anywhere to enter it. However, you need an awful lot of interest before you are charged and then I believe you have to claim it back if you do need to pay. It is all very vague but so far has given me no problems at all.
