Managed to contact Orange (English) after four attempts, out of the four I was cut off on three occasions. However, I persevered as my bill had gone up by about thirty euros during the last months which I found bit curious. The young lady was very help (not French) and confirmed my calls were still free to the UK for up to an hour. However another chappie rang me back as arranged and went on to tell me that the reason for the increase was because "Orange" had to decided to put me on" Internet plus", meaning it was a better service especially when I wanted to download, faster in fact (I very rarely download anything!).........I'm being reimbursed for the last two months, I think he understood my reply ...in English ...and in French.....keep your Mark 1's open people.....such a strange way of doing business.....
