We bought a house and separate garden about 17 years ago in a very quiet village a few Kilometres north of Ploermel in Morbihan, Bretagne. We enjoyed the house for a few years but changing family situations meant we decided to sell it. We kept the piece of land which is level and just over 1000m2. It is within the permitted development area of the village and has direct road access. It could happily fit a smallish house on it, it is quiet but close enough to local shops all the stores in Ploermel. We have tried to sell it through local and internet methods but only seem to get suspicious enquiries. We do not want much for the land (around 10k euro plus costs) and feel it would make a great project for someone who wants to build and have an easily maintained garden in a nice place. Any advice as to why we may be struggling to sell it or enquiries would be very welcome.
