Definitely of interest.
I am currently considering setting up a micro-brewery near St Emilion (33). The area has a slight leaning towards wine.
I would like to brew a beer similar to Woodforde’s Wherry which I think will be popular with both the local expats and the French.
We have a couple of barns with power and water and access to a nearby spring for pure water.
Any advice would be very well received - what are the next steps?

Perhaps you could launch a Chaucer’s pilgrims range…Dark Knight, Young fruity Squire, Lecherous Monk & Miller’s bottom…?
