Not at all clear
If I was going to earn 64k a year, I wouldn’t be on micro. I would want to be on a regime where I could invest back into the business, maybe even take on a stagiaire, and pay contributions based on net profit after I’d invested. On 64k turnover as a micro you would pay cotisations of around 16k regardless of how much you put back in.

It’s been confirmed that there will be no change to TVA limits. So if a micro goes over the current ceiling, they will lose their right to be zero-rated for TVA.
