Retiree Tax

Hi,

We are retired pensioners, permanently resident & have sent our duly stamped "Form France-Individual"s to the Inland Revenue UK.

They say we should hear from them about the middle of August with repayment of the UK tax on our pensions. Is it the case that payments of our pensions without UK tax being deducted will begin say in August, before that or maybe we'll have to wain until September when our French tax is due to be paid at the end of the month.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can remember their own experience of moving into the French Tax system

Roger

Hoping for some good news in the middle of all the FlOuter's rubbish! My word for 'they who shall not be named'!

Hi,

Just to say that our UK pensions should begin to be paid with a NT tax code this month & our UK tax paid refunded also this month. Just to answer my own question!

Roger
