Downloaded Adobe, working now, thanks.
Brave lad, the little dog doesn't love him that much though, didn't see him jumping in after him......

It should play automatically yes - it's working here, it's a Flash Video, so you'll need to download that. If you haven't already you can get it here http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

ermm...should the video play automaticaly ? Can't see any play/stop/pause clickies anywhere and it doesn't play when I open the page..is it me ?
