Intrested to hear from anyone who lives in the calais area /montreil sur -mer . At the moment we have lived for nearly seven happy years here in Creuse Limousin but thinking of moving abit nearer to UK but still staying in the country we now love . I would be intrested to hear about the area, weather , people etc etc .will be sorry to leave here but looking to the future
weather - same as kent/south east England
People - ch'tis and flamands, more Belgian than French... very good beer and very sociable people from personal experience, + the area's was given a boost after Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis.
