Cool Idea, I wonder how many bells were needed and crammed into that little bell tower to be able to do that? 
I expect it has a carillon like so many of those Flemish churches in N. France/Belgium/The Netherlands.
You play it a bit like a piano, or an organ, not at all like British change ringing with ropes.
