I have been living in the Aude, Languedoc-Roussillon for over ten years and now due to retirement am looking to sell my villa and well established property management and changeover business.
The business has a loyal, regular client base and a good turnover. The villa can be lived in full time, rented for holiday lets, or someone could do as I do and live in it most of the year and move out for the peak summer weeks and rent it out. This has over the years worked well and given me a very good additional income. Peak weeks in July and August generate about 2000 euros per week.
The villa is bright, spacious and modern with four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room, a garage and a private swimming pool.
We are located not too far from the beach and about 2 hours from the ski resorts in a pretty wine village.
