HELP! I have a (fairly old) air exchanger in my Pavillon style house. Have never really understood how to use it. I have quite a lot of humidity in the sous sol and wonder if I have not been running the air exchanger properly. Should it be on 24/7 for example? Do they need regular servicing? Think I am doing something wrong and would be very grateful for any advice.
