(Bit surprised there’s no Health topic available for me to tag. Would that be helpful?)
Rang Ameli today. They are having problems with their system, at least insofar as it deals with applications for cartes vitales. It’s been broken for a couple of weeks and they’ve been told it may take another two weeks for it to be fixed.
Our appointment at the Mairie with CPAM/Ameli was 13 May. I had a request for more information (in fact, something we’d already supplied) later that month, and the Attestation is dated 16/6/25.
I’ve found the English-speaking helpline helpful. 09 74 75 36 46
Sorry - that was at the appointment at the Mairie. I couldn’t fathom how to send it in the post, so when I saw an option to go to see someone, I took it!
To be clear, the only application we made was the one at the Mairie with the CPAM/Ameli staff member.
Would it be worth ringing the helpline? I know you said your husband’s application had been transferred elsewhere, but my experience was that they had the means to delve quite deeply into the system.
I dropped off my application and paperwork at our local CPAM office in early July 2024, had to send (or resend) a couple of things in the next few weeks, received my attestation in early December, got my CV in mid February 2025, if that helps.
