For years we’ve searched high and low for squeaky dog toys that last more than about a week (having been fully ‘road tested’ by numerous terriers) before being successfully gutted/silenced by them. To our surprise we have found one that even a determined fox terrier cannot seem to kill or silence, despite his best efforts for the last 18 months. If you need something similar, hopefully this photo might help. There is unfortunately no brand name on the toy. We bought it at Leclerc.
We’ve always bought the Kong dog toy and although it’s indestructible, unfortunately it doesn’t squeak. I’ll have a look the next time I go shopping in leclerc. Thanks @George1
We buy mainly Kong toys. Tommy isn’t as destructive as our first Cavalier, so they’re lasting quite well. Our previous Cav could wreck any toy including some of the Kong ones and could have worked as a tester for them.
Tommy loves the Dodo and Cow rattle Kongs and Dodo is looking very tattered, but I can’t find replacements anywhere online. A couple of sites have said they have one but it’s either been something in the US or they’ve sad it’s available when they’ve already run out.
