I’ve loaded an App from Google Play store onto my Samsung galaxy smart phone ok but then i try and load the same app onto my android Samsung Tab 7 tablet and get “your device isn’t compatible with this version”. Why would that be as Tablet is standard, has all current software …the few workrounds or solutions punted on the web don’t work or risk me screwing up the tablet. Any suggestions?
Some apps are not configured for tablets.

So the configuration is for device type and not the operating system ie Android.
Yes it seems so, several apps over the years would not run on my tablet with the same message yours reported, frustrating, I wondered why but gave up with some apps after letting the developers know.
