On Macarons itâs Command - Plus and Command - Minus - the key may be labelled âCmdâ on some keyboards, and it usually also has the looped square symbol â which Apple uses to represent the Cmd key in menu shortcut labels.
It was originally known as the âAppleâ key but Steve Jobs felt that having the Apple logo scattered all over the interface was inappropriate.

Sir, the people around you in your workplace are, in my opinion, what makes getting up each day worthwhile. I do include my family in that statement since they are the reason I return to the same place at the end of each workday to spend the remaining time before doing it all over again. I have had a few jobs in my time but after my first experience of redundancy I realised that I was just a number to the decision makers. It reminded me of Patrick McGoohan and the prisoner, who after years of service for her Majesty found himself cast adrift. âI am not a number, I am a free manâ. Well after that first experience, I realised I was likely to experience it a few more times before I decided it was my turn to say, âThank you, it has been a pleasure, but it is now time for some me timeâ. That last time, my time, when I was in control of the decision, was fantastic. Having said all of that most of my happiest and funniest memories were from my time spent working with others, for others. Bon chance.

I know a woman here who is in her 80s with health problems, she uses portable oxygen.
She was on her way to a funeral in Morcambe. ( I know, I would not have gone in her condition) She flew Ryanair from Poitiers to Edinburgh, the flight was delayed, it was the night of the Debenhamâs fire, she eventually got to Waverley station too late for her train . It was deserted, there were no trains. She was sitting crying when an Avanti guy asked her if she was OK.
Long story short, she was put on a taxi to Morcambe paid for by Avanti. A good story for a change. Bravo Avanti.

Indeed, and fair play to them also for putting the ad on the tv of the roller skating tortoise which has pleased me so much. Not taking anything away from your story which probably cost less than the advert, but just saying. 
BTW I canât remember taxi fares but if it was me based in Edinburgh and quoting for a passenger, canine or human, to Morecambe I would be looking for at least 84 euros though a taxi would be much more.
Despite there being a fine view of the Lake District mountains from Morecambeâs promenade, youâd have to pay me a great deal to take me there from Edinburgh.

A good joke is worth repeating, but it poses a question, if that horse is crammed with lusty healthy Greeks, where does all the waste product go? 
Perhaps the horse should be re-located over the bins, not behind them. 
Tremendous excitement in the little town near us, where preparations are being finalised for France 2 to broadcast live coverage of the outdoor Harvest Mass on Sunday am. The altar is constructed out of straw bales, and all the local tractors from miles around come to be blessed by the priest etc. Thousands of people normally attend each year, and no doubt even more will turn up this yearâŚ

Yes indeed, I did a similar thing in a collage for my Dadâs 90th birthday, he proudly mounted it on the wall.
Sadly the evil stepmother spirited it away (probably destroyed) when he died.
