Any Outlook experts?


I use Outlook’s ‘colour code’ facility to highlight incoming emails according to which client the sender works for.

However, one client has many staff and Outlook tells me I have exceeded the available limit (ie number of people to whom that particular colour can apply)… but doesn’t tell me what the limit is, or if it’s possible to extend it.

Does anybody know? Or know of a better way to ‘categorise’ emails?


Good idea, Brian. I do the folder thing with various other groups of incoming emails (just direct them all to a ‘read later’ folder) but hadn’t thought of doing it with client stuff.
