I recently posted asking how to go about ensuring I’ve been taxed correctly on the property I own and I am pleased to confirm there has been some progress.
There were a few helpful suggestions in my last thread particularly regarding form H1.
It would appear that as IMPOTS moves toward fully digitising its records the H1 is not the vehicle.
After a considerable number of exchanges in the IMPOTS message system they have now placed a feature on the property details where one can complete the details and they will re-evaluate the information they hold.
Just thought this may be useful to others if they think info is incorrect.
