Applying for a PAJEMPLOI Number

Just wondering if any members have any experience with applying for a PAJEMPLOI number? We moved to France at the end of August and I have found a childminder for my youngest daughter for 2 days a week. I have downloaded the contract from the Pajemploi website and have completed all the relevant sections with our childminder. The only thing I am missing is the PAJEMPLOI number.


I have contacted PAJEMPLOI via e-mail and thought while I am waiting for a response I'd see if the "font of French knowledge" could shed any light on the situation.

Did you ever get anywhere with this? I’m having an issue even applying for Pajemploi without being redirected to CAF then back to Pajemploi?

Cannot email CAF due to technical difficulties so going round in circles.

Any help appreciated.

Is it not CESU now? Very easy online to sign up

I’ve got a CESU number but my child minder is saying that that’s not what’s required. The Pajemploi is the one needed. Very frustrating as feel like I’m going round in circles.
