Just got the “Your new CdS is ready. Make an RdV online with the Prefecture (47) to collect it” text.
The Agen Prefecture folks must be super busy as the earliest RdV slot was 2nd of July.
Prefecture website has a dedicated link for folks coming to collect CdS inside of their RdV booking section.
Hopefully someone can help me, as I just received an sms saying my titre de sejour is now available. The message mentions that an appointment to be made 48 hours after receiving the sms.
So my questions were:
1)I assume I arrange a rdv via the original we site I used to apply for the card, as no link in the sms fir anything else
2)I’m just about to go away for a month, so would it be ok to leave it for a month before I make the rdv, or is it expected that I collect it immediately
thanks for any advice or input
- The text arrives before the system is updated to allow you to make a rdv.
- What is your prefecture number/name
- Yes it can wait, you can make your rdv for whenever you like.
@kim thanks alot for the very quick response - very clear and much appreciated.
I’m in 34 and the pref is Montpellier.
A big relief that I can collect towards end August, as really didn’t want to change my travel plan.
Thanks again ![]()

Did your text tell you where to collect your Art50, as prefectures have been issuing them to whoever is closest, main or sous-prefecture.

You apply for the rdv on the prefecture website rather than the demarche website. I had difficulty finding the link for an rdv to pick up the card, but @kirsteastevenson kindly gave me a link for Aude.
I’ve given the link above for 34.
Yes, our posts crossed.
Thanks again @kim , and no the sms didn’t say where, just dispo at the pref, so assume the same one I visited for the original application - a great feeling to move on to the 10 year carte ![]()
