Park-Sheriffs in La Tour du Pin have about the same intelligence as everywhere else. I was just almost arrested, because I wanted to go home and was blocked by around 10 illegal parking cars and dared to complain that these ASVP guys did nothing. I wonder what ASVP stands for? It must have another meaning than "agents de surveillance de la voie publique".
