We changed to Axa Bank which is the first true internet bank in France. Seemed fitting as we are with First Direct in the UK. It is straight forward and easy to use and you have time to do translations if you are not fluent in French. In having some assurances with Axa, car and house, we make savings on the bank and we also get refunds for using the card. Only disadvantage is you cannot pay in cash. Not a problem for us.
