Bercow is to stand down.
I can only hope that his successor defends the rights of backbenchers, the disabled and gay rights as Bercow did. He also carried out many reforms in the house.
Is there nobody that this bunch of lunatics won’t hound of position, just because he did not follow their dogmatic course.

I see he is not to be appointed to the Peerage as is the custom. Seems to me to be a typical mean minded action by the swivel eyed loons in the so-called European Research Group and their Prime Ministerial puppet.

I thought elevation to the Lords of a past Speaker was in the gift of the Crown, not the ERG.
