It is the one aspect of my annual cure that I back away from……you have just emerged from bobbing about in a warm, silky soft giant kaolin pool feeling beautifully relaxed. And then a person heads toward you with a freezing cold shower head, muttering that it is wonderful for the circulation. Not for me it isn’t!
