I discovered SFN recently and have been feeling like a voyeur! I've enjoyed the conversations and have learned some interesting tidbits so I thought I'd join the party. I'm Lison and Canadian and he's Pascal and is French (and a wonderful pastry chef!) We have a boutique pastry shop (take&bake) in Calgary, Alberta in the 'wilds' of the western Canadian prairie! We've been toying with the idea of moving to France and are looking at the Dordogne/Limousin border as a potential spot to commence La Vie en Rose. Enchanté!
