Not at all, you can get the full range of flour here. Look at the T numbers on the packets. 45 is ordinary soft flour, 65 is bread flour and 150 is wholemeal.

Not organic but Intermarche currently has a bulk special on with 10kg bags of T65 for ā¬4,80 which is mega cheap for breadflour.
