I started reading the Brexit White Paper but only really got as far as the fact that we want to stay in Euratom, the European Medicines Agency, ECA, and EASA but simultaneous with our ceasing to recognise the jurisdiction of the ECJ. This has already been rejected by the EU.

I have now been overtaken by more enlightened appraisers but it looks that the white paper is just as full of meaningless waffle as I suspected that it would be:
