Bringing my motorbike to France

I have a Kawasaki ZX-6R 636, which is about 113 horse power.


Any bikers here who can tell me if a bike of that power is indeed illegal in France, as I read elsewhere? If so, no point in importing it to France from the UK when we move?

100 hp max in France with a 6% tolerance that takes you to 106 absolute max :-(

I suppose its a waste of time even thinking about bringing such a bike to France …Honda MT50, 1982, road legal, daytime only, MOT. Rebuilt - mains, re-bore etc. Originally used in moped racing by CAT Racing Services. Runs on Castrol R. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mvAtpPBm1sw
