Hi, I have a Buderus heating system however my local plumber/electrician who installed it 7 years ago is extremely unreliable and does not return to service it when requested and the control box hasn't worked on automatic for 5 years and he keeps saying he'll change it but never does. I've tried ringing Buderus main office in France and they keep saying they'll find someone who speaks English to get back to me - but again nothing happens. Does anyone know of a Buderus agent plumber/electrician who can speak english ?
