Canal+ Help needed

Hello,
We used to have Canal+ some years ago and we arranged all of it in Auchan supermarket. As we are looking to subscribe again it appears that it all has to be done on line.

So we have registered and indicated what we aould like, and it seems ok apart from the fact that they seem to think we have a ‘decoder’ when we don’t. Tried every way to do this but no luck, and they seem impossiblr to contact apart from by phone. Phoning is not good for us.

Tried various emails we fould but most say we have to ‘consult’ our account???

Looking for help/suggestions from you clever people out there!

Sorry but that dosen’t help,what has happened is we signed up on a 2 yrs contract so all we need is a ‘decoder’. It give you the option to order the decoder, and then when you try to do it says ‘we cannot comply with this’.

So basically it say it’s ok + oder this + then says they cannot do it!!

Any other suggestion gratefully recieved!

do you have a smart TV?
That should obviate the need for a separate decoder…

Not at the moment but are considering this.
