Perhaps a bit unusual but I want to cancel my overdraft with my bank BRED as don’t need it and various little charges connected with it annoy me.
How should I do this?

No. Just wondered if there is particular way of doing it. French banks love sucking small amounts of cash out of your account and I thought they may make it difficult for you to remove.
They normally say in small print in the Terms and Conditions… so you could check there.
