I love mushrooms and cepes especially Unfortunately about 18 months ago I started getting badly swollen painful throats for no obvious reasons. To cut a long story short I avoided having my tonsils removed but the consultant thought it was a food sensitivity Sadly the main trigger seems to be mushrooms
