Yes, they announced their disgust with the project ages ago…
But today, they have announced their intentions NOT to interfere… to let “the State” (or whoever else) do the work if they want to… the Creuse Department has washed its hands of all and any financial involvement.

I don’t suppose there are many of us who are “young drivers”… but, you never know…
