Hello all. I am an auto-entrepeneur in France tutoring English online. My French is around B1 level (on a good day). Since I started, I’ve paid enough to URSSAF into my compte formation to be able to afford a course relevant to my employment w. I was wondering if anyone has managed to do such a course via compte formation? I have heard there’s been cases of scams involving this system. I also found about 5000 possible French courses registered with compte formation, so it’s a bit hard to know where to start!

From my experience in getting French language qualifications (unfortunately self-funded) I would definitely saythat you should go for one that will give you a diploma (probably a DELF one at that level). This is because the qualifications classed as certificates don’t have infinite validity if you are doing something in France that requires a language qualification. Diplomas, on the other hand, do.
