Hi, have just done my September declaration and have gone over the 32,000 limit - has anyone else done this and if so what happens?
The information I have gleaned from the Chambre de Metiers and the Hotel des Impots is that initially not a lot, the Impots even said that you are allowed to pass the TVA limit two years running before they insist you register as it may be a blip.
I am checking out how to register but again the Chambre de Metiers said wait till you are told to exit the regime as then everything will happen automatically whereas if you change everything now it will cost you money to register on the trade list and you will have to do the five day installation course!
