Hello all,
About ten years ago I was told that seniors could legally drive a certain car under certain conditions in rural France without a license. Is this still true? Can anyone tell me where I can find info about this?
I moved to Paris ten years ago from California, where I was having trouble driving & needed to be in an area with excellent public transport.
I'm retired & ready to abandon the urban lifestyle for peace & quiet.
